What will I learn?
Each individual is unique, their metabolism, their biomechanics, their genetics, their mind-body connection, all while working on the same principles exhibit different degrees of reaction and adaptation. You learn the connection between the human body and food; then understand how all these systems work together and lastly learn to modify and adapt diet plans to fit your clients perfectly.

How does the course work?
The course is typically conducted online, in batches of no more than 15 students. There is usually a weekday batch and a weekend batch running simultaneously. Considering the depth of the subject matter, the course lasts over 75 hours. The course is conducted in a blend of English and Hindi, focussing on knowledge and comprehension to clearly understand rather than rote learning
Advanced Nutrition Course

Overview
At the heart of this course is a deep dive into human anatomy and physiology. The course guides students through the intricate pathways of the endocrine system, bioenergetics, and the organization of the cell, providing a 360-degree understanding of how food acts as a biological signal.

How it Runs
This course is strictly limited to small batches of no more than ten participants, typically online. This intimate setting fosters a highly interactive environment, transforming the classroom into a collaborative think-tank where real-world clinical cases are debated and solved.
Over the course of 50+ hours of total instruction, students are guided through a rigorous and comprehensive curriculum, ensuring that by the time they graduate, they don't just know the theory—they have mastered the practical application of nutrition at an expert level.
